LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Lavini is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no cost to you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being sent to you and accept that they may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days.
Maximum delivery time: 20 business days.
This does not include the processing time of 2–5 days.
All delivery estimates exclude customs clearance delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages—even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
